Rachel Mercer

A customer service rep since 2001, I enjoy working with therapists, teachers and parents as they look for adaptive equipment to fit the needs of children and adults with disabilities. And I love receiving pictures and stories in return of the people using the products. It reminds me that each item is for a specific person and has the potential to change a life.

When I am not in the office you will find me gardening, hiking, repairing books or best of all, spending time with my 92-year-old mother or my two-year-old neighbor. I also love to travel and recently took a break from Rifton spending most of 2015 in Bolivia. I worked with two families in La Paz and on the altiplano- an experience I will never forget. But I always come back to Rifton!
