In the 48 contiguous United States, not a penny. Rifton offers absolutely free freight. No catch, no minimum order.
For residents of Alaska and Hawaii: If you live in Honolulu, Anchorage, Fairbanks, and Juneau you will be charged 5% over catalog price to cover the cost of shipping. Residents outside these cities will be charged 15% over catalog price. We only ship to US addresses, so if you need shipping to other countries, see our list of foreign distributors.
If you wish to return a Rifton product, please call us for return instructions within 30 days of receiving it. For a full refund less a 10% restocking fee off list price, the product must be in brand new condition and in original packaging. (Please hold on to your carton and packaging materials until you are certain that your order fulfills your needs.) We will arrange all the details and pay for the return shipment. You are responsible for repackaging the item. No unauthorized returns are accepted.
Please note that for reasons of health and safety we cannot allow the return of toileting, bathing or shower products that have been removed from their original packaging.
All Rifton products are latex free with the exception of the blue racquetballs on the Compass Chair dynamic feet which contain some natural rubber latex.
