Lisa Gradziel is an NDT certified pediatric physical therapist and Board-Certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist. She has been working with children and adults with complex medical conditions since 2004 and has spent the majority of her career at the Center for Discovery in Harris, NY. Lisa is an active member of the APTA and collaborates with PTs from around the country as part of a subcommittee of the APTA Academy of Pediatric Physical Therapy focused on the needs of children with medical complexity. She is interested in promoting functional movement skills for individuals with complex disabilities as well as adapted recreational opportunities. Lisa has presented previously at the regional and national level on topics including children with medical complexity, balance training and behavioral strategies for students with autism, adapted farming, and adapted cheerleading.
